Delivery area
We intend to ship throughout India to serviceable PIN codes. Serviceability is confirmed before an order is accepted; some remote locations may not be available at launch.
Delivery target
Our target is delivery within 10 calendar days after order confirmation. Public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption or an incorrect address may extend this estimate.
Charges and tracking
Any shipping charge is shown before payment. Essential dispatch and tracking updates are sent to the mobile number or email used at checkout.
Delivery issues
Please inspect the parcel on arrival. If it is visibly damaged, refuse delivery where possible and contact us promptly with photographs and the order reference.
