Delivery area
We intend to ship throughout India to serviceable PIN codes. Serviceability is confirmed before an order is accepted; some remote locations may not be available at launch.
Delivery target
Stocked SAJUVIA items target delivery in 3–7 calendar days after order confirmation. Products marked direct-sourced are estimated at 7–21 calendar days because supplier availability is reconfirmed before payment. Public holidays, severe weather, supplier or carrier disruption, and an incorrect address may extend these estimates.
Charges and tracking
Delivery is free when the merchandise total reaches ₹299. A ₹69 delivery fee applies below ₹299 and is shown before payment. Essential dispatch and tracking updates are sent to the mobile number or email used at checkout.
Delivery issues
Please inspect the parcel on arrival. If it is visibly damaged, refuse delivery where possible and contact us promptly with photographs and the order reference.
